I've been obsessed with this ramen bowl since I discovered it a month ago. I think about it at work sometimes... I long for the fresh squeezed lime over a bed of delicious shrimp with perfectly cooked noodles and a hint of heat. But I wait, i tell myself I'll get sick of it. You can't have ramen every night, right?! Don't want to burn it out. I go out and eat other meals. I try to convince myself I found my next obsession. But who am I kidding? they're just not the same. alas, I end up back at my happy place. Chili. Lime. Shrimp

Coconut Curry Ramen review by Nicole
Beware - only order this if you want to become a regular here. The broth is savory, peppery, and the coconut mellows out the heat just enough. (Think flavorful, spicy, but still to a level that most people would tolerate easily.) I love the grilled chicken and the portions are huge. On a day off in January, I came in, ate this, proceeded to take a 2 hour nap, and then woke up and immediately ate my leftovers.

Piles of Giardiniera peppers and a jus. Gooey cheese if you want it. the tradeoff of calories for deliciousness is worth it. A no guilt, guilty pleasure. if it's this good, shut up about your diet and eat it like an animal.

This is the dish that keeps me coming back, is my all time favorite ! The combination of sweet and slightly spicy and not to much broth sauce is superb cant recommend it enough, great job with this one!
